Rules & Regulations

• A.I.H.E. is run by a Registered Education Society, Sankar Foundation, Lucknow, U.P. India if for any reason which is beyond the control of this institution, the student has to discontinue his/her education, the institution or society will not be liable for any loss.
• Smoking, drinking alcohol, having drugs and use of any type of weapon is strictly prohibited in the Institute.
• No student will be absent without written leave application duly approved by the Principal.
• The Institute does not accept the responsibility for loss of books, money, mobile other personal items of students.
• The dress code should be strictly followed by the students.
• The Principal / Secretary Reserves the right to take any disciplinary action, from warning to expulsion from the Institute.
• The decision of the Principal/Secretary shall be final in the matter of interpretation of the information given in the prospectus.

• All transactions leading to any dispute shall be subject to court, jurisdiction at Lucknow. Every student is urged to contribute to the value & standards of the Institute by his conduct, discipline and behavior.
• It is presumed that at the time of submission of the admission form, all the rules, regulations and conditions are read and accepted by the candidate and his /her parent/guardians.
